Intercap Lending announces their expansion with a new office opening in South Ogden, solidifying a presence in North Salt Lake. Intercap Lending has been in business since 1978 and recently moved its headquarters to Draper, Utah in 2016. They have branches throughout the Wasatch Front and other communities in the state. They are also licensed in 41 other U.S. states with offices throughout the country. Leading the South Ogden branch is manager Jeff Porter. Porter started in the financing industry in 1987 and moved into the mortgage industry in 1991 as a Mortgage Loan Officer in Utah. During his tenure, he has experienced numerous changes in the industry and held nearly every position available in the mortgage industry, including many leadership roles. As a result, he is ranked at the top of the industry.
