KIER Construction announced today key changes to the company’s executive management team, reflecting KIER’s core purpose of enhancing communities and improving the quality of life — one project at a time.

Appointed as Chief Executive Officer is Steve Kier, who for the past 32 years has served as President of KIER Construction. As CEO, Steve will have responsibility for creating, planning and integrating the strategic direction of KIER Construction. He will continue to represent KIER in civic and professional association(s) in the local community, and at the state and national level. Further responsibilities include the assurance that the organization's leadership maintains constant awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customer base, markets, new industry developments and standards.

Clint Costley has been named President of KIER Construction. Clint was most recently KIER’s Vice President of Business Development and brings with him an extensive background in generating quality opportunities to meet KIER’s revenue objectives. He has been a critical driver behind the organization’s consistent growth. As President, Clint will work closely with Steve in creating, communicating and implementing KIER’s vision, purpose, and overall strategic direction. He is charged with driving operational efficiency across the organization while adding strategic business support. Clint holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sales and Service Technology from Weber State University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Utah.

KIER Construction has also elevated Zach Judkins as Director of Business Development. Zach will oversee KIER’s regional business development initiatives with new and existing clients.  He will take a more active role in strategically positioning the company’s continued growth, and guiding pre-construction services. He brings nearly 12 years of experience in the construction industry and in client relations to this expanded role.  Zach holds a degree in Sales and Service Technology from Weber State University.
