Notifier by Honeywell, the world’s largest manufacturer of engineered fire alarm systems, recently recognized Ogden-based Mountain Alarm Fire & Security with its prestigious 2017 Domestic Distributor of the Year award. Presented at Notifier’s annual conference, the award represents the highest achievement among Notifier’s hundreds of distributors nationwide.
The award acknowledges Mountain Alarm’s consistent year-over-year growth with Notifier, active promotion of the Notifier brand, and how successfully the company integrates new Notifier technologies.
Boyd Ferrin, General Manager of Mountain Alarm’s Northern Utah Fire division, and Scott Sessions, Vice President, were on hand to accept the award on behalf of the company.

As further evidence of the successful collaboration between the two companies, Mark Ewing, Notifier’s representative who works closely with Mountain Alarm, also took home the Regional Sales Representative of the Year award.
