Business sector growth is a win-win for the business, the economy and the community at large. That’s why the State of Utah is offering expanded services to invest in you. New this year, the Governor's Office of Economic Development is broadening the reach of a business development program that works. The intent is to provide as much assistance as possible to Utah companies that want to win government business.

When we talk about government business, we’re talking about more than just our neighboring Hill Air Force Base or other federal agencies. The list includes state, county and even city contracts. If you have a product or service that can benefit a government entity on a scale that is large or small, this program is for you.

The accompanying chart illustrations the traditional and expanded services through the Utah Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) Team. New services are tied to win strategies that include targeted industry services, teaming, and supply chain expansion. One of the more significant changes is that large businesses are now eligible to participate.

Funded by the state, these services are provided at no cost to Utah businesses. Learn more by talking to a member of the PTAC Team at 801-525-5370.
